5th Year 3D Scheme 

5th year students explored how social media impacts on the young people of Ireland today. The students gathered information by distributing surveys to their peers in their year. They found out how a common mobile phone has changed their school-life and childhoods. The resulting work was their personal responses to their findings from the surveys and their own opinions of their mental health, social impacts and their school-life. 

 

Critical reviews and idea sharing were key to this project. It allowed students to open up about challenges they were facing with their work and welcomed risks to be taken in order to achieve a strong clay piece with a message...
